in response to reader comment: Why Christians hate Muslims.....

Go the Egypt and ask the Muslims why the orthodox Christians in Egypt are unable to build, or even adequately renovate their churches. Ask the Muslims why Christians can't get any of the country's better jobs i.e. doctors, lawyers etc.) Ask the Muslims why they kill and torture Christians (what, you haven't heard about that? That's because the government is Muslim, Muslims hold all the powerful jobs...word simply can't get out. Orthodox Christians have been protesting their treatment for decades. And the really odd thing is, Egypt used to be 95% Christian. The fact is, you have no grasp of the true reasons why Christians hate Muslims. You say that Islam is becoming more popular than Christianity and that in 50 years Islam will be bigger than Christianity...BULL!

The only reason that Islam is growing, is because you MUST be Muslim to marry a Muslim. I know some Christians do the same, but in countries that are predominantly Christian, you actually have a choice - not the case in Muslim countries. In fact, one can even expect the thread of harm or even death for denouncing the religion in the name of love for another human! You come from turkey...can you tell us all why the Mevlevis are persecuted in Turkey and called deviates that engage in ritualistic orgies? Are they not the right kind of Muslims? Do the dervishes offend you? The main reason people from Christians countries don't like Muslims is pure and simple, we enjoy our freedom and don't like being forced to believe in something that has no more importance than which toilet paper to use. Islam, like any other religion, should be kept to oneself and not enforced onto other EVER!
