The special treatment for his uncle was due to because he was already converted to Islam and did not leave Macca and was living there without declaring his conversion.

He returned the ransom after receiving permissions from other Muslims.

He gave more booty to Quraish, because Quraish were new converts.

Ansaars did not protest when they knew that Muhammad (sws) were going to live with them.

I remember; when you talked about human sacrifice. You must decide who has a greater priority for you, your son or God?

You mistook my word, I didn't say "The punishment is death", I said, "The punishment was death"

Judgment of God is over after Muhammad's believers and rejecters had been rewarded and punished.

Today, there is no one can be killed, no one can be forced convert and no apostate can be killed.

The reason is that only Rasool accomplishes "Itmam-ul-Hujja" with the sole power of God and it is not the capacity of any other person (Muslim) to accomplish "Itmam-ul-Hujja" on anyone.

Sunnah does not depend on Hadith. Sunnah means the well-trodden-path. When people go from some path again and again, it is trodden and when it is well-trodden, everyone knows this is a pathway or road.

Sunnah are those practices, that Prophet did over and over and asked companions to do the same. These practices have come to us through the involvement of all Muslims unlike Hadith, which has come to us from few people.

One example is circumcision. All the Muslims from America to Japan circumcise. Other Sunnah includes acts of worship. Five daily prayers, Ramazan, Pilgrimage of Makkah, Nikah, Burial, Greetings etc.
