Dear Mr.Issa Moosa,

It is indeed very kind of you to have pointed out that some countries of the Middle East, like Dubai, Qatar and, Saudi Arabia, have permitted us to buy a house and also liberally grant us their citizenship. Now, we shall see how millions make a beeline to these countries to greedily lap up the citizenship so kindly offerd by them. One never doubted the " liberal" nature of these regimes.

So what if they are ruled by tin-pot dictators who have not the vaguest idea of modern administration or the slightest interest in good governance ? So what if the "foreign relations" as practised by these regimes consists of liberally funding the building of madrassas in other countries to preach ' jihad' against kafirs like us? We are, indeed, beholden to them for the benefits which they have so kindly allowed us to enjoy.Just one small point, though. " Now will the Saudis,Qataris etc.be so kind as to allow us to build a small temple or a church and let us pray to our Gods in words other than Arabic? " Mind you, this is quite an insignificant matter as compared to the " enormous" benefits already bestowed on us.

Jaisingh Thakur.
