Turkey wants "secularism", and how exactly the "supposed secularism" protected minorities in turkey?

As far as I can understand they were still murdering, harassing, plaguing christians all along, whether they were doing it in the name of a cult or in the name of a suprematist idea that turks are muslims (after all what are they?) is not a major difference.

Frankly, it would be like rejoicing for the arrival of the red army to kick away the nazis in estonia. What was better? the nazis or the commies? It's like choosing between a rock and a hard place.

How many of the 70 million turks are willing to not consider anymore a non-muslim as an inferior? I bet a thousand or less.
