Majority Muslim do/did not understand the difference between a general Muslim and Rasool. I myself was unaware of that. I knew it when it was told to me by my teacher using scriptural arguments and since that day, I am greatly thankful to him.

Only those people can understand scriptures who are not stubborn and who wants guidance and seeking guidance.

Majority of us are stubborn and not seeking any guidance from the scripture.

Until, I am not given a scriptural argument against my current interpretation, I will think that others are misreading/misinterpreting Quran.
