I hope the soldiers are OK and if I would urge Hezbollah or whoever has them to return them to Israel. Just because somebody tells you to leave your house and you dont, doesnt mean you arent a civilian. If a man kidnaps a man, and hides him in a certain neighborhood, is it the polices' right to bomb that neighborhood until the man releases the hostage?
