Stop here. In Q9:29 it says in Arabic a language that you cannot read because you ain't no Arab

qaatilu al-ladina la yu'minuna billah wala bil yawm al-akhir

Or: Fight those that do not beleive in Allah and in the last day.

Then it says:

wala yuharimuna maharama allahu wa rasuluhu wala yadinuuna deen al-haqq

Or: and they do not forbid what Allah and his rasul have forbidden and (they) do not follow the religion of the truth (Islam)

Then it says:

Min al-ladhina awtuu al-kitab

Or: from those who were given the book (read this as Christians and Jews and if you believe our dear Ms Aramstrong the wannabe historian include here Hindus and Buddhists)

then it says:

hatta ya3tuu al-jizya 3an yad wahuma saghiruun

Or: until they pay the jizya 3an yad (I leave this untranslated as no one seem to know that these two words really mean. So much for the Qur'an being a kitab mubeen) and they are belittled.

So your Allah is declaring uncondional war on Jews and Christians and Hindus and Buddhists for no reason at all except for not wanting to be Muslims and these groups must pay an unspecified mafia tax and be humiliated. Now do you get it?

Your claim is bogus

Then you wrote

>if there is a war between a Muslim community and another

Bogus where does it say in the above aya: "ahl al-kitab yadfa3u al-jizya fihalat al-harb bayna al-muslimeen wa ahl al--kitab"

Where does it say that? Oh I forgot you do not know any Arabic or: the people of the book are to pay the jizya only in the case of a war between Muslims and them. Your claim is bogus.

then you wrote

>and able bodied non Muslims chooses not to fight because that is his perogative he pays

Let us see: "wa ahl al-kitab al-qawiyoon al-ladhina la yuharibu sayadfa3oo al-jizya" or "and the able bodied from ahl al-kitab that do not fight will pay the jizya" the aya does not say that. Your claim is bogus again and do you know why? because that is not what is says in the aya and this is not what Zamakhshari's reading of this aya and you ain't Zamakhshari!

Then you wrote

>he pays a small tax

Bogus again. We know from extant literary sources (eg: the Geniza documents) that the Jizya tax used to be at times 50% of what the infidel would own and it was collected from the families of the dead and with more convesrions to islam the more money was demanded to cover the jizya. And we know of the Coptic revolt against this mafia tax in 735CE and it was nothing but a disaster to the people of Egypt. You are ignorant.

>this is the equvalent of getting a release from draft of being a conciensious objector in America

Oh you forgot, and if you read Zamakhshari, which you don't, those that pay the mafia tax al-jizya must be humiliated and hit on the back of the neck. I have not heard of anyone in America being hit on the back of his head and asked to pay a tax every year if he wishes not to be drafted. So much for deen al-haqq

But the real question is how do you plan to get your Allah's share (1/5 of the loot) to him? Do you know his e-mail address?

But you ain't no Arab only a wannabe Arab. Shame
