This is totally wrong.

This is wrong and I have to correct it. The act of "Mankurt" was not something done by the Turks. It was done by the "enemies of the Turks" for example Juan Juans. The word means "someone who was Turk that is cut off from his ancestors and brainwashed to become a puppet and enemy of the Turks".

For example the Turk called Tatikios who was guiding the first crusader army can be called a Mankurt.
