"...tell us for what reason Karimov banned propaganda of Pan-Turkism in Uzbekistan, kicked out all the Turkish-sponsored agitators, closed down all Turkish-sponsored schools there..." That's easy. Because Karimov got orders from Moscow whose stooge and puppet he is. One thing more...1988 was when Armenia launched its attack on Azerbaijan. 1991 was three years later.
