"However, your claim that Ataturk is Jihadist tops it! You really can't get more absurd than that."

I hope you will spare yourself the torments of reading my below comment or others I have written on the subject on this forum. That you know nothing on the subject doesn't mean that all of us should like share , let alone take pride in ignorance . Sure, I cherish no illusions as to the Turks' pathological inability to face any negative evidence on themselves. They would rather slaughter all mankind than admit in public a single crime committed by them. It's usually with more crime that the Turks "prove" their innocence. So e.g. I have received perhaps more death threats from Turks than I can remember. Turks hate free speech and are happy they have none at home .

"Ataturk fought against Islamists and his followers still do."

Well , Ataturk (born in 1934) may have fought against Islamists while Ghazi Mustafa Kemal Pasha (born in 1881) was a jihadist and mass murderer of infidels of the highest order. After all who made Turkey a Moslem monoculture unless this very Ghazi Mustafa Kemal Pasha by his successful jihad of 1919-1922 ? It is this jihad (no mythical "war of independence" as the Turks are lying) which exterminated and expelled ALL infidels from Asia Minor , isn't it ? Only Moslems were left and so now we have a 99,8% Moslem Turkey which makes only Sadui Arabia by microscopic 0,1% purer! Incidentally, it is for this reason he earned his honorary Ottoman title of "ghazi" - "Allah's victorious warrior", "destroyer of Christians" , "successful defender of Islam" just like the glorious sultans Osman Ghazi, Orkhan Ghazi etc. etc. before him , although frankly he was much better than any of them in terms of statistics of jiahdist massacres and death rates inflicted upon the enemies of Allah.

But our jihadist had one problem. He fell out of favour with the caliph and was ordered to come back to Constantinople . As he refused to obey Allah's Shadow on Earth and so got a death fatwa from the latter. A bloody civil war followed against Kemal with the Caliph's Army sent by the Caliph slaughtering the Kemalists and vice versa.

Thus our brand-new and so successful jihadist Ghazi Mustafa Kemal Pasha had two chocies at the end of his jihad and destruction of Smyrna's kafirs - either to wait to be killed in virtue of the fatwa still in force and the caliphate in power or get rid of the caliph and the system that made the caliph so powerful and dangerous personally to the ghazi , i.e. of Islam. He acted as a typical opportunist. He lied about his motives and hid the real facts . "Secularism" was his biggest lie of all , although he knew how to lie -to Lenin, to Frunze, to the French, to the Americans ... In secularism he found a safe way out , sort of a new identity of a wanted criminal who was fleeing before his own Islamist past. In his later years people disappeared for calling him in public 'ghazi'. Now people who remind of his real misdeeds, lies and deceptions disappear in Turkish dungeons for 3-4 years or are terrorized and murdered by Kemalist killers. The thing all liars are most afraid of is being exposed, aren't they , Anon ?

Ataturk fought against Islamists and his followers still do."

He created a 100% Moslem monoculture by exterminatinga expelling everything non-Islamic.
