Turkey is there to "enforce" a muslim control of this area, Israel only wants peace, not control.

Reader comment on item: Turkey in Cyprus vs. Israel in Gaza

Submitted by Phil Greend (Canada), Jul 24, 2010 at 18:03

Israel gave gaza to the muslims 5 and half years ago. Uprooting Jews and others who lived there.

The muslim people repaid this peace offer by sending rockets into the main part of Israel to kill Jews.

The Turkish mind set for sending troops was to take land and control the people. The law that is there is "islamic law", it is the same as every country under the iron boot of islam.

If the Christians had stayed the muslims would have made their lives hell. This is totally different than what Israel is doing. The Jews are giving huge amounts of aid to the muslims of gaza each week.

Turkey is being harsh and Israel is being peaceful.
