Nonsense. Was DNA known at Muhammed's time? Even today, practically, all the muslim countries have little or no facilities to determine any person's DNA. Even some of the western countries have very limited access to DNA facilities. It is not trivial job, and looking at the expertise of police in muslim countries, they have no understanding of DNA and neither the lawyers.
