It is a good idea. May be best to start a special web site for this purpose. Everything must be well thought out up front -- what is desirable not the quantity of satire but the type and quality. There is no sense having millions of satrical jokes on the web-site; it is difficult to wade through all of them. So, to be effective, there will have to a few satires (say 100-200). Language must be civil (One can be quite nasty and effective by using civil language). And they must be categorized (and the categories must be well thought out). It also means strict control who writes to the web-site. Moreover, the site should be easily navigable, with the most recent content in each category coming on the top.
