in response to reader comment: Come On

You write "I WILL NOT sit idly by as you mock the prophet of God and the religion of the Creator. I urge Daniel Pipes to respond to this. I urge all of you to respond to this. The BANNING OF ISLAM IS NOT A ISSUE. IT CANNOT HAPPEN. IT WILL NOT HAPPEN. We are not going to come and bomb you in your sleep if you let us live in America".

Well, I have not come across anybody mocking Mohammed on this website unless any remarks regarding Mohammed by anybody are considered to be of mocking type. Please note, mocking Mohammed is perfectly allowed by US constitution and muslims cannot do anything about it; they want to fret about it, they can just go ahead; we are not going to sacrifice our freedoms for the sake of muslims. Actually, as Chris Hittchens said "Why are we afraid to offend muslims?". So, if you cannot live with the 1st amendment, well, that is your problem, not ours.

As I argued in other posts on this forum, Banning Islam can be done if we set our mind to it. And please don't take any chances by challengeing us. "Western Democracies" are famous for being vicious, when they are threatended.

Stop giving self-serving arguments. I am for banning Islam in US; if muslims don't like it, they can convert to an old religion called Wicca or go elsewhere, whosoever will be ready to take them.
