Let's think about this for a minute. If we banned Islam what we'd really be doing is banning anybody who calls themselves a Muslim. Some of these people might not even support the bad aspects of the Quran. We don't ban people from calling themselves murderers, we just ban them from committing it. Similarly all the bad things in the Quran are already banned. We have nothing left to do but enforce existing laws.

We wouldn't ban Christianity and Judaism just because they condone slavery and have passages where God commands genocide would we? Personally I don't believe in religion, because they all have immoral passages like that, but I'm not going to ban them just the immoral practices that are supported by its text (even if it's not acknowledged by all of the followers).
