Not if you read the OT in context! And that's the point of your link.

Does the Quran tell the Muslims to fight the unbelivers until all religion is for Allah?

Absolutely - because of the lack of 'local context' of Surah 9 - the command is open-ended - thus we had the rapid expansion of Islam following the death of Muhammad - the Muslims were only doing what Muhammad had told them to do - and the Jihadists of today are only doing what Muhammad told all Muslims to do - to parctice Jihad until all religion is for Allah - so pull your head out of your a$$ before it's too late for you.
