Shyana:

Under Islam, to prove rape of a muslim woman, the woman must produce 4 witnesses who must be pious muslim men. Read it again. There must 4 witnesses. And they must all be men. And they all must be muslim. And they all must be pious.

Now think. If muslim men saw the rape happening and did not do anything to help the woman, would they be considered pious?

So, it is impossible for a woman to prove rape under Islamic holy law (Sharia). Hence, statistically, rape is non-existent in muslim countries.

It is almost impossible to find witnesses who saw the rape happening.

Now regarding rape of a non-muslim woman by muslim men or rape of non-muslim woman by non-muslim men, I don't have a clue.
