Mohammed the Prophet

Reader comment on item: Islam's Future [Can Be Modern]
in response to reader comment: so JESUS [PBUH] is god for you .absolutely illogical

To all,

I read with amusement the story about the Christian debating the Muslim with the quip at the end of 'if I could not save my own son (Jesus), how could I save your grandson (of Mohammed)'. Mohammed Adeeb then persecutes anyone who would suggest that 'Jesus is the Son of God'.

I will not enter the theological debate. I have heard that story before. But, I do not understand why Muslims revere Mohammed the Prophet as the most revered prophet in Islam when, by modern standards, Mohammed was a paedophile.

Aisha, his wife for many years, turned 18 on Mohammed's death. They consummated their relationship when she was 9!

So, Mohammed Adeeb decries belief in Christ as the Son of God, but is a proponent for belief in and recommends emulating Mohammed the Prophet and paedophile. Something is askew with Islam.
