Why conspiracy theories??

Reader comment on item: Islam's Future [Can Be Modern]

Submitted by aurelius (Canada), Sep 10, 2003 at 23:05

The number of conspiracy theories emanating from the arab world is example enough of the long-term failure of islam to modernize. The muslim world and the arabic world specifically live in a matrix where reality is nothing more than a series of comforting conspiracy theories. Why? Because to accept reality would mean to acknowledge the muslim and arab's world's cultural incompetance.

Depite the ranting of whoever is on this website, on thing is for sure, the rest of the world, christians, jews, hindu's, sikhs etc will continue to move forward and leave the muslim world farther and farther behind.......at least they'll have their conspiracy theories to comfort them from reality.....
