"No Muslim can renounce "Islam" "Muhammed" or "Jihad", these internalized concepts drive behavior and attitude. Just as the Nazi SS were the true believers of the Hitler era, the Jihadists are the true believers of today. The Nazis chose to be Nazis, the Muslims chose to be Muslims, both ideologies require a forced collective, the basis of Jihad."

this is how i see your paragraph with your principles but my mindset, so that we can both see it from the others point of view:

No Christian can renounce Christianity, Jesus or Martyrdom, these concepts drive behaviour and attitude. (the rest i refrain from writing down, it does not feel right to me to compare religion with nazism).

I do understand and I do condemn people that do the most horrible things in this world on the basis of religion. But I do not and would not condemn religion on the grounds of what those people did. That is why I am having this conversation with you, so that we can understand each other, and I am not opposing your views, I understand where they are coming from, but here's something to think about:

Christians call them the two greatest commandments. "The Lord our God is One Lord" and "to love thy neighbour as thyself" in Islamic terms it is "there is no God but God" and "None of you believes until he desires for his neighbour what he desires for himself", it is right there in the Qur'an.

The only Jihad I know of according to Islam as I know it, is Jihad against your worst enemy (YOURSELF) and Jihad as self defense (whether it be a slander or harrasment against your religion, your rights, your education, your race, or anyother thing that would hurt you).

Last but not least. I would like for you to ponder on something. During the second world war, during the attacks on pearl harbor did America generalize/simplify a problem? Yes. How you ask? By victimizing it's few japanese americans into camps. Please do not let the same thing happen again. Thanks for the reply.
