Lessons from Rome's diplomacy

Ancient Rome had to deal with terrorism, from the Barbarians. The Romans taught us that diplomacy comes first, and war is the very last resort. That is why the West should talk to Iran and Syria, before attacking them. Use war as a last resort. Then, of course, Muslim immigration is a source of terrorism, and Turkey's entry in the EU would be another source. Keep an eye on that.
