"Western countries could pass laws requiring all their Muslim citizens and residents to take an oath in public with which they would have to disavow the sharia (excepting of course Islamic worship: prayer, fasting...) and jihad and pledge the allegiance to the secular state. if they refuse they should have their civil rights severely curtailed or even denied residence in respective countries. The same could ensue for breaking the oath."

it has been tried unofficially and muslims orgs refused to sign, but we were too weak to have facts following words.
