If you only could convince me that you are sincere, I would say that you are indeed a welcome, but unfortunately a very rare and uncommon exception to a very distinctive and overwhelming Muslim rule. But frankly, you did not!

What I am reading in your comments (and also in your blog) is a sophisticated, saccharine Islamic propaganda, trying to sell us an illusionary world, full of nice human beings, who by the way are Muslims, but otherwise are exemplary good and honest people. The kind everyone would like to be friends with, or have him as his neighbor: Peace loving, honest, and civilized people. Who are just like us, hating terrorists and their atrocities but in contrast to the rest of us, who know that these terrorists have nothing to do with Islam.

This style, absolutely divorced from reality, strongly reminds me of the notorious Nazi propaganda before and throughout WWII. They were also selling us an ideal Nazi world, of a new breed of "brave, handsome, and very nice people", and they even managed to win over lots of fans and adherents even in the USA and UK, their targeted victims.

Salihah, let me tell you a few things about honest Muslims which I have no doubt: plenty of them exist, even today. They are out there and desperately fighting their mullahs and muftis who are preaching their venomous hatred, and dragging their blind Muslim followers into their Cult of Death. Honest Muslims are people like Wafa Sultan (Video: Dr. Wafa Sultan on Al Jazeera ), Salman Rushdie, Ali Sina, and others who understand exactly what Islam is promoting in our days, and are trying to stop it. In the worst case, honest Muslims are just keeping silent, swallowing their shame and frustration with the actions of their brothers in faith, and minding their own businesses.

But one thing is for sure: today, on the background of all the monumentally inhuman atrocities perpetuated in the name of the Islam, an honest Muslim cannot go out and chant loudly that he is proud of his religion.
