Muslims: Leave us alone

Reader comment on item: Sudden Jihad Syndrome (in North Carolina)

Islam is being touted as a religion of peace in this forum and others. There is some truth in this. Once a country (or the entire world) becomes an Islamic state, all laws become Islamic, the sharia rules, and there is little scope of religious squables because any dissident is immediately executed for blaphemy and any non-muslim is squeezed out of existence. Islam completely controls the citizens and once eveything is Islamic that is "peace" - according to Islam.

"Unfortunately" the world today is a complex multicultural multiethnic world. The muslims finds this a very strange place indeed. He sees that Islam is not the sole authority anymore. Allah is not the only God and Mohammad is not the only prophet. There is no way the muslim version of peace can be a reality. Unable to understand this environment the muslim is confused, resorts to violence, aggitation and aggression.

Often Muslims say "understand us" or "read the koran". They dont understand that there are billions who give a darn about the Koran and many are aethists ! They condemn the west for prostitution, wine dens (?), naked beaches etc... the cannot understand how on earth can each person do what he seems fit instead of being controlled by the state and the mullahs. Islam means SUBMISSION and SURRENDER. The world is talking the opposite: expression of one's individuality. Thus they believe non-muslims are enemies of Islam and must be punished.

This world will never become Islamic. Muslims must realize this hard fact and if they want to practice 100% Islam they must choose to move to an Islamic country. Its time muslims woke up to this fact. They cannot come into another "infidel" country and demand Islamic legislation. I find that shocking - when a non-muslim goes to a muslim country he is bound by a million islamic laws and is trated like an outsider ! Try building a church in Saudi Arabia.... but muslims will make a hue and cry if a mosque is touched in a foreign land ! Such audacity....

The poorest nations are muslim and most are ruled by power hungry dictators. Health care, education, human rights etc are abbyssmal in muslim nations. Millions of muslim youth garduate from Madrassas and are illiterate and cannot fit into the modern human society - only to be used as cannon fodder by the jihadis. Muslims better put efforts to solve these glaring problems rather than blame the west for everything and follow brainless mullahs in a fight for religion.

Islam is NOT the answer to the problems in this world - as claimed by many on these forums. In the non-muslim world ("west"?) religion will always play second fiddle to the laws of the state. If a muslim has problems with that there is Morrocco, Sudan, Afghanistan etc to choose from to move into.... leave is alone.
