Depends on Perspective

Ooh, ahh, they're all out to get us. Was Hitler a Christian? He made Christianity look real good. Drag out a Holy Bible or any religious tome and dig into their secondary writings and you'll find unflattering statements too. There is such a thing called inherent common sense and pulling verses out of a hat and presuming all 1.2 billion are just eating it up literally is totally facetious.

The frustrated guy who ran over the college campus stated his motives and every point was political. He just finally referred to Allah in overall context. Political issues that yes, happened to Muslims, but he wasn't saying what he did was out of verse.

And by the way, what about the numerous Christian deviants like Koresh and others in the US saying ‘Jesus told me to kidnap that girl'. Muslims know there are Christian deviants but why can't it be recognized that Muslims have them too, albeit in a different sociological context. The West thinks their history and society is so innocent?

Bark about ‘honor killings' in Arab states – which are only 25% of Islam – don't hear of many honor killings in Indonesia, now do you? A drunk in Alabama kills his wife because he thought she was seeing the photocopier guy- is that not in essence an honor killing?
Serial killers are there no doubt, but not really popular in Muslim nations, of course, no credit to Islam there either. In fact, let me check on the latest prostitution statistics for continental US. Internet child pornography? Definitely NOT a Christian forte but hey if it's a Christian pursuing it, blame it on their Bible? In fact, last I checked America was established on the blood of a lot of Indian tribes shattered, subjugated, pushed to the limit. No rule of the sword there. None at all.
Wipe your own ills before you villify others for not wiping theirs.
