Look Zafire,

The Koran, I KNOW it from a to z ten times over and every comma in between. I used to teach it 20 years ago.

""..there has to be much research to understand the full meaning...""

If you and the others had the intellect to do such research, you'd vomit at the result.

The Koran was written when those Caliphs in Bagdad were SITTING ON ALL THAT GOLD recently looted from the entire neighborhood - The Middle East. They realized that the FORMULA "murder, loot and subdue everybody in your path" worked tremendously well. So they had to put something together, religious enough, to motivate the troups to go further afield. By the time the dust settled and half the known world was conquered, that piece of immoral babbling had already GROWN enormously in sanctity and mysticism (the idiots!). It was normal for people to ascribe all that success to that book and Allah and Muhhamad.
