BS"D

Lets see whether BS' claims are supported by the facts, starting with...

" 'If Sada's story is true'. That is a big IF [no, it is not]. At least now they are using the word 'if' whereas before it was a 'slam dunk' that the WMD would be found. WELL AT LEAST DAVID KAYE THOUGHT SO[my emph.]."

Did David Kaye REALLY think so?
"WMD Material Possibly Moved to Syria – "Dr Kay…said that he had uncovered evidence that unspecified materials had been moved to Syria shortly before last year's war to overthrow Saddam. [Kay:] ‘we know from some of the interrogations of former Iraqi officials that a lot of material went to Syria before the war, including some components of Saddam's WMD program. Precisely what went to Syria, and what has happened to it, is a major issue that needs to be resolved.'" ("Saddam's WMD hidden in Syria, says coalition's chief weapons investigator" by Con Coughlin, the Telegraph (UK), 1/25/04)"
http://wwwc.house.gov/gibbons/intelligence_wmd.htm

some of David Kaye's other views also covered there are...
2. "There Was a WMD Program"
3. "Iraq Continued Research and Development of Bio-Weapons Until the Beginning of the War"
4. "Iraq Had the Technology and Ability to Produce WMD that Could Fall into Terrorist Hands"
7. "Iraq Was Working on Missiles that Could Target Southern Europe"
(ibid)

THAT is what David Kaye REALLY thought, as opposed to what the MSM chose to report of other, seemingly contradictory comments that, when... "Taken together ... actually provide a compelling justification for going to war in Iraq."
http://www.townhall.com/opinion/columns/joelmowbray/2004/01/30/10598.html

This info., mutes all BS' other comments except the second, which needs to be viewed in terms of the larger context of Iranian Syrian and other terrorist involvement to attempt to undo what America is accomplishing. In fact, when you consider that DESPITE very substantial effort by those trying to undermine the situation, they have not been able to. Yes, we are succeeding in Iraq. But even if we weren't, we have no choice but to finish what we started, because leaving now would be abondoning Iraq to the terrorist vulchers like Iran,...

...who would like nothing more.

Remember, that... "The depravity of our enemies is hard, sometimes, to grasp fully. Today's news includes this reminder,...
"Baghdad - The Iraqi army said on Thursday it had seized a number of booby-trapped children's dolls, accusing insurgents of using the explosive-filled toys to target children."
http://www.news24.com/News24/World/Iraq/0,,2-10-1460_1840119,00.html
...of why there is no alternative to victory in the war against Islamic terrorism:"

And that brings us full circle to what I was saying before BS' redirect attempts. Our enemy, including BS, are capable of profound evil, as evidenced by the horrific things they do, even to themselves. They kill each other with no remorse and try to blame it on us. And their surrogates like BS want us to believe that we are the bad guys and they are just fighting for freedom?! That just isn't true!

As to the Trib article, BS mistook my intintion by including it. I only wanted to show that the Bush-hating MSM, of which the Trib is a charter member, is being forced to backpeddle (however slightly) on some of their falsehoods. I in no way consider them an authoritative source of real news. Please note that I gave another reference there as well, and it was for that very reason.

3. "This NIE [National Intelligence Assessment(declassified in 2003)] clearly states the consensus view of our intelligence agencies that Saddam Hussein was attempting to reconstitute his nuclear capacity.

4. Regarding the Wilson Plame nonsense:
Joe Wilson was declare by a bipartisan Congressional committee to be a bald-faced liar, though I think they said it a little more politely than that:

The BSers just keep repeating the same tired lies, in hopes that people have come to believe them just from hearing them so often.
