This is a lie on many levels. For one, if you think that Christian teachings lead to a desire to kill Jews, you understand none of it. There is no Sura 9 in the New Testament.

As he gained power, the less he cared to claim any Christian faith. He didn't have to lie anymore to keep the people's support.

For someone so seriously outside of Christianity, what would've been the point? They did what they could at the time. One thing of interest to this debate is the popularity of "Mein Kampf" in the Islamic world......
