You'll notice Harrak doesn't distinguish between criminals and terrorists. He also probably didn't even notice the context in which those "terrorist" acts he proudly listed were described. The perpetrators were condemned and sentenced to prison.

What Muslim country identifies Muslim terrorists who attack anyone other than the government (Egypt has plenty of terrorists in jail, but only because they threaten the government itself, not because they threaten civilians.) and condemns them to prison?

Harrak will impress me when he shows me even four instances (more upon request might be asking too much) where a Muslim government condemned a terrorist attack on "infidels" and arrested the perpetrators and sent them to prison. Have they ever investigated the bombing of Jewish synagogues or Christian churches and brought the saboteurs to justice?

The closest I can come is the attack on the US barracks in Saudi Arabia in the mid 1990s. The Saudi government identified, arrested and executed the perpetrators (very quickly, denying American requests to interview the attackers), but only because they were a threat to the Saudis themselves. Their car bombing of the US forces provided the excuse and not the reason for their execution. Attacks on non-Muslims in Muslim countries are simply not considered crimes. They are heroic acts to be celebrated.
