Sad day for America

Reader comment on item: Sudden Jihad Syndrome (in North Carolina)
in response to reader comment: Growing anti-Muslim Sentiment in US

Submitted by Jeannie (United States), Oct 4, 2008 at 11:55

When we allow our religious freedoms to be destroyed.
If we allow Islam to be attacked without restraint, what religion is next?
This is intolerable in America.
Recently, anti Islamic literature was passed out in schools in North Carolina and mass mailings to sway the election process, which is against the Federal Election Committes regulations.
We all know if it had been any other religion, people would be up in arms.
We cannot our freedoms to be stripped away.
The ignorance in the US concerning Islam is astounding. Turn off your television and actually learn the truth.
