You're absolutely right. Living/working in an Islamic state (Kuwait), I can tell you how right you are - all the way down to how to wipe themselves, literally, which is why you will always see Muslims eating finger food with their right hands since the QurĂ¡n orders them to wipe themselves with their "dirty hand," the left hand. I dated a Palestinian lady who was really beautiful and fun, and after about a week she had to bring up marriage. I got into her head and we dated for over a year...in secret. She told me there was absolutely no way we could marry unless I became Muslim. Not only that, when/if she were to bring me before her family to get their approval for marriage, her father and brother would have me lead them in prayer to make sure I did it properly. I asked, "What if I were to make a simple mistake, like cross my arms the wrong way, or not have the right posture in my kneel?" She told, "Practice, practice, practice. You can't make any mistakes."

They had already rejected one man because he was Shia, and though she loved him and loved me, their daughter's/sister's happiness meant nothing to them, and they totally controlled her (though she was 31 years old). Well, there was no way I was going to convert to such a violent, false religion, and one in which would force me to do so, and regiment my life to the extent that you mentioned. It was living around Muslims and in an Islamic society that drove me into Christ's arms, thank God.
