Reader comment on item: Cartoons and Islamic Imperialism

Submitted by F. Shakki (United States), Feb 12, 2006 at 16:45

I already sent comments before and you did not put it on line. Probably because it is too explicit about Islam.

These stories about the prophet of Islam are real and I got it from Islamic books. These Moslems are trying to imitate their prophet in violence.

It is very important to face the Moslems with the truth about their faith in Islam. Moslems cannot see any thing wrong with this kind of behavior. On the contrary, they see their acts of violence are acts necessary to please Allah and his prophet. They are blind and their zeal closes their mind.

What is our solution to enlighten their mind to see that the violence is wrong? I think the way is to tell the truth to them no matter what will happen.

In the Islamic countries, nobody can tell the truth. But here in America we should tell the truth, not for insulting the Moslems but to enlighten their mind to see that what they are doing is grossly wrong.

As I said the previous comments carry real stories, may be some Moslems does not know about it. We in America should publish these stories to create moderate Moslems who despise the violence in Islam.
