Quran commands Muslims to kill Non-Believers
Chapter 9 verse 5:
*Then when the Sacred Months (the Ist, 7th, 11th, and 12th months of the Islamic calendar) have passed, then kill the infidels (Non-Believers) wherever you find them, and capture them and besiege them, and prepare for them each and every ambush. But if they repent (converted to Islam) and perform As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat), and give Zakat, then leave their way free. Verily, Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

Quran commands Muslims to kill Jews and Christians
Chapter 9 verse 29
*War against those who (1) believe not in Allah, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (Islam) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah ( Money) with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.

The Messenger of Allah ( Mohammed ) said: I have been commanded to war against the people until they testify that there is no god but Allah, and he who professes it is guaranteed the protection of his property and life on my behalf except for a right warrant, and his affairs rest with Allah.
