Islamic hypocrisy

Reader comment on item: Cartoons and Islamic Imperialism
in response to reader comment: History of Islam in Europe

Two years ago, a virulently anti-semitic movie called the protocol of Zion was shown all over the muslim world. The movie portrays Jews as the rulers of the world and responsible for everything that goes wrong in the world.

The Egyptian media showed the movie although the west and Israel protested against it. But the Egyptians claimed freedom of the press. That kind of hypocrisy is typical in the muslim world. They can call Jews and Christians apes and pigs but they lose their collective minds over a cartoon. A cartoon which I would say depicts Muhammad in a proper historical context.
