Reader comment on item: How the Cartoon Protests Harm Muslims [by Leading to a Separation of Civilizations]
in response to reader comment: Murder of Christians in Nigeria

Submitted by Dinesh Patel (United States), Mar 16, 2006 at 05:31

you will always find acts of extremism in all religions but you cannot compare the figures, although both should be condemned.

But it was not Christians that were celebrating on the streets after 9/11 and then killed around 200 muslims. What had 9/11 has got to do with chrisitians in Nigeria is beyond me??

It was not christians that rioted over the cartoons of Muhammad published in Denmark, and were responsible for killing at least 130 muslims on the streets of Maiduguri and Onitsha. Again what has cartoons in Denmark got to do with Nigerians Christians??

Yes, you can do your search on google and then tell us it happens both ways but the numbers don't even nearly equal mate whichever way you look at it.

Islamic rule in muslim countries is there to prevent other religions flourishing there by force. Please open your eyes..
