First, regarding the Jewish Law, and the Torah prescribed death penalty in our Written Torah:

"Jewish law mandates many caveats to actually securing an execution. First of all there have to be two witnesses to the actual crime. Even strong circumstantial evidence is inadmissible for the purposes of capital punishment. Secondly, the witnesses need to give an official ‘warning' to the perpetrator that if he commits the offence he is liable to the death penalty. The perpetrator needs to clearly accept this warning and commit the crime within a few seconds of the warning, thus distinguishing the act as utterly premeditated and the sinner completely aware of the consequences. Even if all the above conditions are satisfied there is still no certainty of conviction as the witnesses are subject to very aggressive cross-examination. If certain details of the witnesses testimonies do not correspond or if they are inaccurate in describing the full cirmcustances surrounding the event they can be disqualified and the conviction will not be secured."

In fact, the Oral Torah makes it so hard to actually execute someone, that if a court passed a single death sentence every 80 years, it was called a "murderous court." ...not like the Islamic courts that send dozens (or more) to their deaths every single year.

Now, let's see how it's done in Islam, shall we...
I'm just giving a few of the many links I have for those who want to explore this in depth. There is more than enough proof that Islam is not the tolerant peace-loving bunch they claim to be.

Speaking of "an eye for an eye," according to Islam....LITERALLY!

Actions speak louder than words, and the actions of some Muslims, that almost all Muslims endorse or at least put up with, are appalling.

And, when they say the violence portrayed in the links above is "forbidden" in Islam, you need to remember that everything that Islam "forbids" carries a very severe penalty, unlike the terror that is described there, whose only "punishment" is requiring the victim to appologize to the perps.

I hope that clarifies what the Islamist apologists are constantly attempting to muddy. Of course, I fully expect some more quotes or other preaching. But I don't think it's necessary to waste any more time on them, so I won't.

I'll just throw this next one in as a bonus, for those who aren't aware of how the USA, under President Clinton, gave Islamic terror the boost it needed to really get cooking:
