in response to reader comment: Islam's Double Standard

Submitted by HARRAK (Canada), Feb 16, 2006 at 18:33

Pat and others,

here are somecorrection if you wish to learn:

1- First, the Organization of the Muslim Conference sent representatives to ask the American made Taliban not to destroy the religious sculptue in American made Afganistan. BBC archive.

2- The government of Iran denounced openly the fact and criticized the Taliban as being an agent of USA that aims at giving a bad picture on Islam. IRNA archive.

3- Americans received Taliban representatives in the white house. Aljazeera archive and Michael Moore.

4- The Danish paper refused to edit pictures of Jesus and Mary before allowing the stupid caric to be edited. Here is the double standard you are missing.

5- Like we said before, Muslims did terrorist attacks on civilians, same did the Sikhs with Air India that took off from vancouver..the same did the IRA in occupied Northern Irland, same did ITA in occupied Northern Spain, and same did the Japanese mystics with a chemical attack on Tokyo civilians...

So do not mix Islam with terrorism because doing so will make others mix christianity and Judah and budha etc with terror..and that is all wrong. For 911 by the way many Muslims demonstrated against terrorism from Rabat to Teheran -Iran capital- where they lit candles for the whole night..I was one of the demonstrators who was very active in demonstration of students in a big city in Canada saying: NO TO TERROR, and saying I remember SO SO SO, SOLIDARITY with the Americans...that is why narrow minded peoples who just generalize and generalize should be corrected.
