I agree with you that the USA can wipe out of the map Iran and Iran can not wipe away USA. Iran`s nuclear deterence plan is not to destroy The USA homeland, but to destroy Israel, even if the cost is destroying the whole Iran.

I understood from the comments of Iran officials that destroying Israel as a whole with Nukes is the last choice and not the goal. That should be according to them great sacrifice for the honor of Persia and the commitment of Husayn.

Iran`s other strategy to get rid of Israel is based on the factor of time and demography. I am not convinced that Iran one day may start a war against any state. Impossible, as that does not seem to be the case since the revolution of 1979. BUT if Iran is attacked, that should be the end of the middle east and world prosperity..Shiites believe in THE VICTORY OF BLOOD OVER SWORD. Their victory is in advancing the cause and the ideology and not conquering territories or completely distroying the enemy.
