China actually has very good relations with many Muslim countries. How do you think Pakistan got it's nukes? I remember Iranian twins did an operation in an Singapore hospital. South Korean company is building the tallest building of the world in UAE. Yes, Western technology and services permeate the Middle Eastern society RIGHT NOW, but if it comes to it, they have other options. Many East Asian countries are rapidly becoming leaders in technology. These countries are not as hated as many Western countries, and these countries (unlike the West) are not as hostile to Muslims and Islam.
