Reader comment on item: How the Cartoon Protests Harm Muslims [by Leading to a Separation of Civilizations]

Submitted by Dr. Jamshid Ibrahim (United States), Feb 14, 2006 at 13:41

Practising Muslims are stuck in the Middle Ages. They waste a lot of time and energy on trivial things such as waging the war of the cartoons. In addition, They are hypocritical and give only lip service. In fact if you published a cartoon of Allah nobody would protest. Their prophet comes before Allah as with the Shiites who worship Hussein, Alif's son and the prophets nephew and put him before the prophet and Allah. They incessantly say you are insulting all Muslims in the world but I know only big headed Muslims feel insulted. I wonder how can such people keep up with the civilisation if they think the Quran provides solutions to all our problems. They also trace back all scientific advances without exception to the Quran, the prophet or his cousin ALi.

The Danes are the most harmless people I have ever known no comparison with hot-headed Muslims who are badly in need of dictators to rule them. That's why they need laws which forbid the freedom of speech. It is no wonder why lots of dictators are created from people among them. By the way they cannot eat pork but they are passionate whisky drinkers. You can make fun of Jesus as much as you want and they would find it even amusing. This is hypocrisy indeed. I suggest publishing the cartoon as often as possible to desensitize and cure them from their chronic mental disorder.
