My dear Amir, you can lie to yourself saying that there is a lot of scientific work, education and universities in muslim countries, that there is scientific research going on in the middle east. But everybody knows that is not the case, its not true. The nuclear technology iran is working on its decades away from what russians, chinese, Indians, europeans and americans have acomplished, like pakistan nuclear technology its just a copycat of decades old russian technology that is becoming obsolete in the west. in contrast Brazil's scientists and engeniers have developed their own technology and designs to enrich uranium.

The truth is Amir, without oil revenue islamic nations like iran, The emirates, kuwait, syria, saudi arabia and all the other islamic countries are doom to become a second afghanistan. Actually they will be like the poorest countries in africa with a colapsed infrastructure, plaged by famine, aids, avian flu, civil war, and genoside. There is just a huge chasm between your theocratic islamic countries and other free societies in the west and asia, a chasm in culture, education, scientific research, human rigths and ethics. it will take islamic countries centuries to reform islam and achive industrial revolution, if it is ever going to happen at all... Im conviced that in 100 years poverty, sickness and civil wars in their muslim nations will destroy islam the same way islamic wahabism destroyed afghanistan under taliban rule and most likely put arab culture to the verge of extintion.
