Islamic Nuclear War?

Reader comment on item: How the Cartoon Protests Harm Muslims [by Leading to a Separation of Civilizations]
in response to reader comment: THE REAL LOSERS and the possibility of Nuclear war

Submitted by Gary (United States), Feb 15, 2006 at 23:55

The idea that Iran would even consider a nuclear confrontation with a western country is laughable. Keep in mind that Iran is now attempting to acquire a weapon that the United States developed 61 years ago. In those intervening 61 years we have immensely improved the quality and quantity of our nuclear arms. The result of any nuclear attack on the United States, Israel, England, or an ally would be the total anhialation of the attacker. Completely destroyed, everybody dead, cease to exist.
