Good laugh! God and Satan are just mythological figures created to make a point with people in a particular time and place. People made them up!

Creating entire cultures based on myths was once the best they could do, due to limited knowledge. We have much better information today to explain things that people once used these magical beings to explain. It's just a matter of time before most people come to realize such beliefs are based on metaphors, and obsolete. It will take a while to fashion a replacement, because people are very gullible, very superstitious, and evolved to be easily convinced to belief in all sorts of things.

We are just at the dawn of the realization that it's time to question belief itself. It's time to question the metaphors that ground some world religions. I see that as a very positive thing. I'm sorry I won't be alive to see the next level of thought and understanding that humankind achieves. We're caught up in this manufactured world with all the things we make up--what we believe, how we dress, what proper roles for different people are, etc. It's theater of a sort.
