you are Mistaken , Jerusalem is mentioned in the Quran and Mohammad sayings mentioned Jerusalem Verse in the Quran "Glorified (and exalted) be He (God) Who took His slave (Mohammad) for a journey by night from the Haram Mosque (in Mecca) to the Aqsa Mosque (in Jerusalem) whereof around it We have blessed, in order that We show him (Mohammad) Our signs, He is the All-Hearer, The All-Seer."
