You are right, because all these were prophets, but most are not mentioned in the Quran

God says in the Quran "And Messengers We have mentioned to you before, and Messengers We have not mentioned to you. And God spoke to Moses Directly"

Because the only Prophet God spoke directly to was Moses.

God says in the Quran says "And surely We have sent among every nation (or community) a Messenger that "Worship Gode alone and avoid false dieties"; Then of them were some whom God guided and of them some upon whom the straying was justified. So travel through the land and see what was the end of those who denied the truth."

"And We never punish until We have sent a Messenger"

So as you see all people preaching among their people were prophets, but we don't know them all.

in the Quran only 25 prophets are mentioned. some I know but you don't know, because it is not written in the bible
