Reader comment on item: Churches in Saudi Arabia?

Submitted by Charles Martel (United States), Mar 24, 2008 at 14:39

I'm not a Catholic but I am a Christian, and I salute the Pope's insistence on reciprocity with the Moslems -- and note that he just publicly and personally baptized a high-profile Egyptian Moslem convert to Christianity on Easter.

PS, when Rome put a Wehrmacht veteran on the Throne of St. Peter, good things seem to happen vis-a-vis Islam compared to the era of his much-vaunted predecessor (no offense, I'm just sayin' . . . )
