Hi Claire,

I would like to comment on your article on the 15th of April. As all westerners, they don't know the truth because their media hide the truth from them. and on top of that they add salt and pepper.

1st You say "They wish for me to change my constitution so I will be punished for exercising free speech, for example"

My reply - Muslims don't impose their values on others, they tell them the truth and it is up to the non muslims to believe or not to believe The Quran says "You have your religion and I have mine" and again it says " There is no complusion in religion"

2nd you say "In countries with a majority of Muslims, there are many restrictions that apply to everyone " My reply - only code of conduct and respect to the majority of people you are living in their country, I think this is normal - don't you thing, but they have all the rights the muslims have in justice and in work, take for example Muslims countries were the Christians are minority such as Morocco, Tunis, Algiers, Egypt, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan - the christians there enjoy freedom of speech, they can build churches, in fact there are many churches, for example take Jordan, Syria and Lebanon, the church bells can be heard on sundays.

3rd you say "Many Western women are afraid to travel to countries which are predominantly Muslim because they think they will be subjected to harsh laws that only apply to women"

My reply - this is media propaganda, which is not true, many foreigners whether christians or hindus or what ever live in Muslim countries freely without harrasment. I see them on the streets walking freely, the problem is when the foreinger does not know the law of the country , then they will be in trouble. any person live in a Musim country should respect their laws and abide to them. why you want to impose the western values on Muslim countries?

Finally I believe the almost all religions are legitimate and almost all know Prophets are sent by God, From Adam, passing to Noah, to Abraham and Moses and Jesus until finally Mohammad, these are all fine prophets of God who delivered His messege to the People. we respect them all. but due that changes occur over the passing time, the mood and habits of the people change, they deviate from the right path, God send another prophet and so on until He Sent Mohammad (pbuh) the last and final prophet and He sent to him the final revelation that is preserved from any alteration until doomsday.
