"Who Is This Allah?"

Reader comment on item: Is Allah God? - Continued
in response to reader comment: IS ALLAH THE MOON GOD?

Submitted by Lactantius Jr. (European Union), Feb 12, 2007 at 08:52

To Shoaib,

You ask for information about the claim that Allah is the moon god. Please go to Google at:- http://www.google.co.uk and search for, "Is Allah the moon god?" this will give you lots of information, for and against, and whatever the results of your reading, please do ask about the crescent moon symbol atop mosques and on the flags of Muslim countries, why is it there? what is its significance?

Whoever the Qur'anic Allah is, he is not the same God as the Biblical God, the Qur'an says so, contradicting the Bible as it does:- "And they crucified Him, and parted His garments, casting lots; that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet" (the Holy Bible: Matthew 27:35) "They killed Him not, nor crucified Him" (the Quran: Sura 4:157) "This is my beloved Son, in Whom I am well pleased" (the Holy Bible: Matthew 3:17, 17:5) "No son did Allah beget" (the Quran: Sura 23:91) Whoever Allah is, he does not have a Son, and he is not a Father, just who is he?

With kind regards and best wishes Lactantius Jr.
