You're misleading people ...

Reader comment on item: Is Allah God? - Continued
in response to reader comment: The "god" of muslims is originally

Submitted by Peter Latin (Netherlands), May 10, 2014 at 10:51

Submitted by Maximilian Teuschorthographic Feb 19, 2012 at 03:21 an idol called by the Arab tribes "Al-Lat". Because of a small orthographic error the name of this idol is now Allah. It is, however, noteworthy, that in the name of this merciful, compassionate and peace loving idol or god, Muslims are murdering and maiming mostly their own, stoning women and killing even minors. Islam is not only religion, it is mostly an ideology. This isn't true. Because in the Quran it says: verse 53:19 -

So have you considered al-Lat and al-'Uzza? Verse 53:23 - They are not but [mere] names you have named them - you and your forefathers - for which Allah has sent down no authority. They follow not except assumption and what [their] souls desire, and there has already come to them from their Lord guidance.

So how should this be a 'small orthograpic error'if the Quran says the name of Lat? Because of people like you, which know nothing about the truth, people will never find out the true believe of Islam.
