More bogus falsafa from our dear zzazz

Reader comment on item: Is Allah God? - Continued
in response to reader comment: Elohim is not another god

Our dear zzazz the linguist wrote this little gem

>You conveniently overlook the very close association of Elohim, ilah, and Allah.

So they are. So what is your point? could it because of the faqct that these words belong to semitic languages and in this case Hebrew, Arabic and Arabic via Syriac?

> Is Elohim not an attribute of the Divine in Scripture?

Bogus. Elohim means God , that is it

> Next, What about the Aramaic and later Syriac languages as an expression of scripture?

Syriac and Aramaic are different "languages"? Are you for real? Or are you that ignorant.

>As far as the government of Indonesia is concerned, I've been rather intrigued by this, as I was not aware that Indonesia was home to a large population of Arabic Christians.

Indonesia is the home of a large population of Christian Arabs? Really? But again if you can believe that a caravan raider and an Arabian warlord spoke to an Arabian deity called Allah then you can believe anything

>I do believe that they are responding largely to missionary activity, and the government has now backed off. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

Reference please? This is truly bizarre.

>Shall you ask an Arab Christian (Other than Dhimmi-no-more)to re-write their bibles?

Like I said to you, many Christian Arabs do not want to use the word Allah anymore, and no I'm not an Arab or an Christian Arab for this matter.

>The only reason you don't accept the nature of this linguistically, is due to your chosen beliefs of Jesus as a Godhead. Interestingly enough, Jews aren't complicated by that particular matter, are they?

Linguistically? give me a break. Your Arabic is poor and you do not know any Syriac or Hebrew and still tafti (oh you can look this word up). ...
